Slot counts are maintained by us and update as work is booked. Treat them as indicative — availability is confirmed in writing when a project agreement is signed.

* Hourly rate still applies to hours worked during revisions. Any revisions beyond the first two will incur an additional fee. All changes to the project scope must be approved in writing before additional hours are billed.
Payment Plan — Hours Split 50 / 50
Every project totals $100.00 for consultation and communications, plus estimated hours at the $25.00 hourly rate. The estimated hours are always split evenly between the two payments. The $100.00 consultation is placed either split $50.00 / $50.00 across both payments or paid in full up front — whichever you and we agree at the estimate stage, recorded in your contract and shown on your first invoice.
- First payment (deposit): The consultation charge (or half of it) plus half the estimated hours. Non-refundable. Covers consultation, communication, and project setup. Work begins after this payment is received.
- Second payment (final): Half the estimated hours, plus the balance of the consultation if it was split, plus any additional hours approved in advance, plus any additional fees such as paid revision fees. Paid when the work is finished. The final product is delivered upon receipt of this payment.
Example — a 20-hour project totals $600.00. Split: $300.00 then $300.00. Up front: $350.00 then $250.00.
⚠ Deposit Policy
The first payment (deposit) is non-refundable — it reserves your place in the queue and covers consultation, planning, and setup. No refunds are issued for the deposit portion once work has begun.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit networks — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via invoice)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency: USDC & PYUSD
- Invoiced payments (invoice sent before each payment is due)
Pricing Model
Work is charged by the estimated hours needed to complete the project. An estimate will be provided and agreed upon before work begins. If the scope of the project changes during development, the estimate will be updated and must be approved by both parties before additional hours are billed.
Any hours worked beyond the agreed estimate must be approved in writing before the hours are worked. Approved additional hours are billed on the second payment, never on the deposit. Hours worked without prior written approval are not billable.
Contract
A signed contract is required before any work can begin. G3 C&M LLC will provide the contract at no cost. The client must review and agree to all terms and conditions stated within before the first payment is made.
Revisions
- 2 free revisions are included before the final (second) payment. No revision fee — hourly rate still applies for hours worked.
- Paid revisions (beyond the first 2): a $10.00 revision fee applies plus the additional hours at the standard hourly rate.
- All revisions must be requested and completed before the second payment is made.
Final Payment & Project Closure
- Paying the final amount means the project is delivered and closed as-is.
- No further changes or revisions are included after this payment.
- If changes are desired after closure, a new commission with a new deposit is required.
